1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to register or purchase a paid service. Provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure. One account is for one student. Sharing, selling or transferring credentials is prohibited. Contact support for genuine login or account issues.
2. Courses and services
Offerings may include Advanced Medical Coding Mastery Course, CPC Certification Training and the Medical Coding Practice Platform. Features, materials, teaching format and support vary by product. Review the product page and order details before paying; the product description shown at purchase forms part of the agreement.
3. Payment verification and activation
Access is manually activated after payment verification. We aim to activate access generally within 24 hours after successful verification, but weekends, public holidays, incomplete details or technical issues may cause delays. If access has not arrived, contact info@medicalcodingrx.com.
4. Access duration and expiry
Access duration is product-specific and will be stated on the product page or at purchase. Planned access periods may range from 3 to 6 months depending on the product. The duration stated for your purchase applies to that purchase; future changes will not retrospectively shorten it. We may notify you before expiry where practicable. Access may end on expiry, with renewal offered if available.
5. Content ownership and permitted use
Course videos, notes, PDFs, MCQs, cases and other materials are for personal study and authorised use only. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly upload, sell or share them without permission, except where law permits. Medical Coding Rx retains rights in its original materials to the extent permitted by law. Third-party content remains subject to its owners’ rights and licences.
6. CPC exam and certification
Medical Coding Rx provides education and preparation for the AAPC CPC examination. AAPC independently controls its examination, certification requirements and decisions. Purchasing or completing a course does not guarantee passing an examination or receiving certification.
7. Job assistance
Where included or advertised, job assistance may include CV/resume guidance, interview preparation or mock interviews, and sharing relevant job openings. These are assistance services, not a guarantee of employment, interview selection, salary or placement. Outcomes depend on student qualifications, skills, performance and employer decisions.
8. Student conduct and suspension
Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, redistribute protected content, submit fraudulent payment evidence or misuse the website. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, account sharing, security risks or serious breach. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and allow it to be addressed.
9. Account deletion
For account deletion requests, we may verify the request, deactivate the account during processing and then delete eligible data. Deletion or closure may end course access; records that must be retained by law may be kept.
10. Availability, governing law and contact
We aim for reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Contact support about material paid-service access issues.
